Your score results take a look inside your personal wellness lifestyle behaviors.

It's a tool I designed to assess your metabolic health. The score helps you evaluate your eating, movement, and lifestyle behaviors to see your risk for lifestyle diseases. Higher scores mean lower risks, thanks to healthy lifestyle behaviors. Lower scores highlight areas for improvement in your wellness lifestyle.

The score will let you discover a wellness formula identifying which foods and healthy habits are holding you back and which ones are propelling you forward  to unlock your biggest wellness goals.

Aim for a daily wellness routine that Scores 18+/20 points to ensure you are fueling your body with healing foods and nurturing habits to live your best life.

Each food and habit on the Wellness Score hitting the target dose adds 1 point on your score.

Each food and habit on the Wellness Score is represented by an icon placed in the center of a circle. The circle represents the target daily dose for that food or habit. A full circle around the icon means you hit the targeted daily dose and earned one point on the score. Partial circles add partial points to your daily score.
