Welcome to the Dr Cheryl Wellness membership site. I am so glad you're here.

I am so excited to be announcing my next new project, because you asked.  You had taken onboard my research from the Membership with the Masterclass video series and the podcast. You know your Wellness Score and you have set your wellness goals. You have taken onboard my research and training showing that the majority of us experience glucose spikes -- rapid increases in blood sugar after eating -- and that most of us didn’t know it.   You began to recognize the signs of glucose spikes in yourself (cravings, chronic fatigue, sugar addiction, poor sleep, inflammation, brain fog, waist size expanding, insulin resistance, diabetes and many more).   And you saw the impact of lowering high blood pressure and lowering cholesterol and triglycerides and dropping excess body fat while building muscle.   And you understood the easy hacks and healthy habits and loved how easy they were to practice and their huge impact on your body.   But you still wanted me by your side to help you put the science and the method into practice when you returned home to your real world life, day by day, meal by meal.   You wanted a workbook, menus, more recipes, guidance, encouragement and inspiration to keep you going.   You wanted help turning the glucose hacks and lifestyle plan into lifelong habits.  You wanted help creating easy meals that steadied your glucose levels AND were loaded with healing foods. I heard you and jumped at the fantastic idea and got to work.  

Out of this request, came two things.  First, lots of excitement on my part.  Second, the beginning of creating a workbook,The Dr. Cheryl Wellness Method. This is an actionable companion to Dr. Cheryl Wellness Membership (masterclass video series, interactive wellness lifestyle score, tools and resources with expert coaching), consists of a four-week guide with 10-steps to help you incorporate the most important glucose hacks and healing habits into your everyday life.  It includes a step-by-step workbook that you can write in, menu plan to make easy meals, dozens more of my favorite easy and delicious recipes, and answers to all your questions.  It is the equivalent of me moving in with you for ten weeks and showing you how to steady your glucose, regain your energy, improve your metabolic health and feel better than ever.  Learning how to reduce glucose spikes changed my life.  And together, we are going to help you to thrive from the inside out so that you can show up as your healthiest and happiest self and live your best life. I am excited to complete this new project and want to challenge all the members (and the new ones) for look for the new workbook coming your way soon (to be announced).  I hope you love what I have created for you.  I will keep you posted each week on the progress of the new workbook. Please send me any ideas you have for what to include that would be most helpful for you.
