If you are new to Dr. Cheryl Wellness Membership this membership dashboard is where you access all your membership tools and resources. The checklist below guides you through the steps and strategies to start your new wellness lifestyle. You can explore how to navigate the full membership site detailed in my Wellness 101 Masterclass. If you are NEW HERE and get stuck click the top right button "NEW HERE?" for more information.

Each tab across the top of your member dashboard is how you access all the resources in the membership. From the self-guided tools the SCORE (you get the member-version of the SCORE) and the My Wellness Check-in tab. For step-by-step guidance click into the Masterclass, and open up the meal plan so you can make easy meals that raise your SCORE and heal your body. You also get ongoing content with new recipes that give you meals that you can just make that align with the meal plan, you get access to the member-exclusive podcast where you can watch or listen to the recorded group coaching session with 24/7 access, you can read the member blog and meet the community and ask Dr. Cheryl your most pressing questions in the member forum. All your tools and resources are all listed in the tabs at the top of the dashboard.

If you are interested in a more high-touch personalized coaching experience with 1:1 coaching and 1:1 feedback and a small mastermind community so you can get more support and accountability, faster results or get help with a challenging health condition, I am opening up an Elite Coaching Mastermind group in 2025 with limited space to assure the high-touch experience can be met with only 30 spots available. WEEK 1-2-25 Happy New Year my friends. It's 2025 and I bet many of you have set your New Year's resolutions around a creating habits that will help you improve your health and wellness like maybe eating less processed sugar to improve your insulin sensitivity. Some may want to start a new diet to lose some unwanted weight. Others want to start exercising or stop smoking... And these personal wellness goals are great. However, New Year's goals are usually long forgotten by February or March for most of us. This lead me to your member-exclusive coaching message for this week -- "Being Healthy IS NOT a DIET...
