Can you imagine if your doctor prescribed blueberries instead of pills? Can you imagine if you got a tiny piece of paper that said “30-minute walk” with your doctor's signature? Can you picture being prescribed a perfect plate of fresh food you knew could cure sickness? My proprietary health score is just that. It’s a daily Wellness and Longevity Score, serving as a guide of the best foods to eat and best lifestyle habits to practice to move wellness into your own hands.
My “Wellness Score” is an integrative wellness approach and targeted nutrition designed for wellness and longevity. This score is based on cutting-edge applied science.
What does applied science mean? It means we have tried this with thousands of people and it works.
The Wellness Longevity Score is my life's work of precision nutrition medicine and lifestyle medicine simplified into a 20-point score made up of the 10 best foods and 10 health habits that turn on healing in the body.
Score points are added for eating plant foods and score points are subtracted for eating processed sugars and animal foods. Score points are also added for practicing health habits associated with beating disease and living longer. Score points are subtracted for smoking or vaping and for drinking alcohol above one drink per day.
A higher total score indicates eating and living a lifestyle that is aligned with wellness. A diet and lifestyle that turns on our body’s ability to fight disease, boost immunity, heal the gut, regenerate our blood vessels, change genetic expression, and improve our mood and cognitive function, while improving energy and performance and allowing us to live younger --- longer.
I have observed people from all walks of life over the last decade who have used The Score as a simple tool to educate, inspire, and motivate to stay on track for a lifetime of wellness.

We read on line that bananas will cancel out the goodness of the other fruits and veggies. Is this true?
Here is my problem- I am a Type I diabetic and 74 grams (in my experience- a recent diagnosis) would take a lot of short acting units of insulin 4 units for 80 grams. I’m concerned about this. Wonder is this is the program for me?

My husband was diagnosed with early onset Parkinson’s disease at 67. His symptoms were shuffling of feet, slurred speech, low volume speech, degradation of handwriting, horrible driving skills, and his right arm is held at 45 degree angle. He was placed on Sinemet for 7 months and then Sifrol and rotigotine were introduced which replaced the Sinemet but he had to stop due to side effects. We tried every shot available but nothing was working. There has been little if any progress in finding a reliable treatment, he has to quit his meds due to side effects.
