In today’s episode of Ask Dr. Cheryl, I’m connecting the dots for you between your Wellness Score and the simple but super effective ways to help that score go up, with your daily choices. And believe me, you can see a lot of positive changes in just 10 days!

So, as you start, take your baseline score to see where you stand today. Don't worry about the points; it's all about being honest with yourself. From there, we'll work together to score higher gradually. For these first 10 days, track your score every day, so you can use the guidance I share in the score to establish your healthy habits.

The foundation of this program is TakeTEN®, and the score is based on 10 best foods and 10 health habits, all backed by research and science (I spent more than a decade creating, testing and using it and it is my life’s mission to help YOU get and stay well!).

You’ll find everything right in your Dr. Cheryl+ member dashboard along with a wellness check-in tab. Be sure to go there frequently to set (and reset!) your goals, track your progress, work on your mindset and more.

In 10 days, you will have an amazing jumpstart and then you can transition from weekly tracking and later, monthly tracking. The meal planning tools in your member dashboard will also help you map out these simple, delicious changes to your diet and nutrition.
