Hi, I'm Dr. Cheryl, and I am so glad you joined the community. You are in the right place. This is a safe space for you to think about your lifestyle and health. This is a no-shame zone where everyone is welcome. We have to be real with each other in order for healing to begin. So what is your wellness why? Maybe you're in your 20s, and you want to be proactive about your health and stay fit or get clear skin.
Maybe you're in your 30s and you want energy that lasts after 2pm or end that yo-yo dieting and food confusion. And maybe you're in your 40s and you've been experiencing your first symptom and you want to put health in your hands, instead of relying on one more prescription. And maybe you're in your 50s and you're starting menopause and you want to manage your hormones with wisdom instead of wine. Maybe you are ready to address your genetic markers for risk factors and heal your body through food. Or maybe you're just ready for a reset, a new day and a fresh start in your health and wellness journey.
Whatever your reason is, you're in the right place. Your personal wellness why matters. It will drive your decisions and keep you going when you want to quit. Your why might be something hard you are experiencing. It might come from a deeper spiritual knowing, and it might be an exciting event that you have coming up. No matter what it is, I encourage you to find the why behind the why, the deeper reason to truly live a life that is well.
